THE NATIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP

The National Training Workshop of The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award for Young People was held at our School from 16 December to 18 December, 2012.

37 participants from schools all over the country and 14 teachers of our school attended this Workshop. Good Shepherd International School was host to all the participants with boarding, lodging and training facilities.

 

 

HAPPY NEW YEAR

The School closed for winter vacation on 12 December, 2012 and will reopen on 13 January, 2013. 

Good Shepherd International School wishes a very Happy New Year to all the students and staff.

GURU NANAK JAYANTI CELEBRATIONS - 28 NOVEMBER, 2012

Guru Nanak Dev Ji Avtaar Diwas was celebrated by our students at the Defence Services Staff College Gurudwara, Wellington on the 28 November, 2012. 

49 students and 5 staff members of Good Shepherd International School, Ooty attended the celebration at the Gurudwara.   

They participated in Samapti Sri Akhand Path, Shabad Kirtan, Ardas and Prasad Vitran, ‘Guru Ka Langar’.  They prayed together on this auspicious day to bless all with everlasting love, peace and compassion.
