RESULTS OF INTER SCHOOL HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIP - 2010

The Inter School Hockey Championship held at Hebron School. Following are the results:

INTER BOYS – Winners

Inter Boys won the championship defeating Laidlaw Memorial School, St.Joseph’s Higher Secondary School, Coonoor and Lawrence School, Lovedale.

SENIOR BOYS – Winners

Senior Boys won the championship defeating Hebron School, Laidlaw Memorial School, St.Joseph’s Higher Secondary School, Coonoor.

SUPER SENIOR BOYS – Runner Up

Senior Boy’s team defeated JSS International School, Laidlaw Memorial School and lost to Hebron School. The team was Runner Up.

Christmas celebrations at Fernhill Campus - 4th December, 2010.

Christmas was celebrated with gaiety at the Junior Campus. Ms Elizabeth Koshy, the Coordinator welcomed the gathering with a Christmas message.

The students along with the music teachers sang Christmas carols.

The teachers enacted a play which depicted the birth of Jesus Christ and the importance of Christmas.

Santa Claus visited the campus with the gifts to spread joy amongst the gathering. The students received gifts from Santa Claus. The day ended with a sumptous dinner, followed by Santa Claus visiting the dormitories.

Christmas celebrations at Palada Campus - 4th December, 2010

Although Christmas is celebrated by the world on 25^th December, Good Shepherd International School at Palada celebrated Christmas on 4^th December before student’s exams and their departure for winter vacation.

Mr. Ajith Jacob – Director of Activities started the proceedings with a welcome speech. This was followed by traditional Christmas songs rendered by the student’s choir. Thereafter a musical play on the ‘Birth of Jesus Christ’ was enacted by the staff and students.

Santa Claus arrived with chocolates and the children were so excited and thrilled.

Our Senior Vice-Principal, Mrs. Elsamma Thomas, conveyed Christmas wishes to all present.
